Basically a little backround and such on the characters from the story...

Name: Hael
Class: Warrior/Druid
Armor: Medium Based; Heavy Leather
Weapon(s): Legathon and Frendar

Hael's full name is Hael'vayas. When he was a child, all the other children would just call him 'Hael' since they couldn't say the full name. Raised in a simple town from when he was little, he lived with his father, since his mother had died giving birth to him. Although the village he lived in was small, he enjoyed growing up in the area. He always was more of a quite child, he would rather smile than speak what was on his mind. When he grew a little older, a vicious Samurai army swept through his homeland and destroyed his village. Before the inncedent, he came across a strange female being by the name of Fellonda who granted him power over the element of nature, calling him the "Goddess's Hand". His main purpose in his life is to fullfil the Goddess's wishes. But things seemed to change slightly when he met a Strange Cat-girl.

Name: Melsaa
Class: Thief/Cleric
Armor: Light Armor; Cloth
Weapon(s): Twin Daggers/Staff

This strange cat-girl was originally from a small tribe of Cat-like Humanoids, that acted as guardians to a legendary item. The item's where abouts as well as the more detailed information about it is not known to mainy. When she was a child, she succeeded in mastering the basic spells and healing abilities of the Clerics of her small tribe. She had very fond memories of her time living with the tribe, but she lost most of her memory when she reached the age of 15. After her memory disappeared, she left her tribe mysteriously, possibly looking for answers. No one is really sure.

Class: Dark Knight
Armor: Heavy- Lower Half/Unarmored- Torso

This strange yet powerful being lives in a dark plane of existance. He once lived amoung the higher planes with many Gods and Goddesses, and was also the protector of a certain one. Legend says, that he was possessed by a Great Evil, in the form of a blade; and took up arms against his own brother. Even though he was possessed, he took up the evil power of his own will. While possessed, he nearly killed his own brother. Although Valihel's sword skill was nearly unmatchable, his brother managed to break the Forbidden Blade, releasing Valihel of being possessed. He was then put on trial of the High Court of the Godly Beings, and Valihel was stripped of his rank, power, and his Role as Guardian for the Goddess of Nature: Fellonda. The two we said to be 'lovers' although it is simply a rumor. Valihel was then banished to the dark realm in which he resides in to this day. His purpose is to carry out the wishes of the one who is able harness his power. He has recently awakened in the User, but still has his own agenda to get back into the High Realm in which he once lived in. The demonic sword Keivel has been brought back into his grip, making him even more powerful. This being seeks to be with the one who he once cared greatly for. Valihel's past is weaved full of sorrow and despair.

Class: Goddess of Nature

Fellonda, a young, yet powerful Goddess; reigns over the elements of nature. She once held a strong and loving tie with her Guardian: Valihel. Since he was banished into a lower realm, she has been overcome with sorrow. 400 years after the incident, she has tried to shake her despair of the loss of her lover, and in doing so, granted a mortal her powers. Making him a "Goddess's Hand". These chosen few are granted elemental powers, based on the giver, and is to carry out the will of the Goddess. She tries everything within her powers to convince the High Court to let Valihel return to her realm, but they have not changed their minds. Although it has been 400 years since she was separated from Valihel, she still deeply cares about him.

Name: Keivel
Class: Possessed Sword/Demon
Armor: N/A
Weapon: N/A

The Legendary Demon: Keivel; was sealed with a Sword by his fellow demons. Keivel was young by demon standards, around 150 in human years, but his steady growth brought jealously from his Kin. Fearing that Keivel's power might grow too much, they killed the demon while he slept, sealing his soul into a powerful, Two-Hand Sword. The sword was then taken to different places in the demon realm and hidden for many ages, until it's exact location was lost. It is said a certain race on the surface world held the key to unsealing the sword from it's hidding place. During the day in which Valihel was banished from the higher realm, is cause to Keivel. Valihel took up the sword when his mission was to destory it. It possessed Valihel until his brother and fellow Paladin of the Higher Realm Broke the sword, releasing Valihel from his possession. Valihel's brother then sealed the sword once again, and it slept silently until it was finally awakened. The true power of the sword is known to know one. But it is known that Valihel was never truely released from the sword; He can summon it to his hand whenever he pleases. Regardless of the seal put on it by his brother.

Name: Talakaphis
Class: Paladin
Armor: Heavy; Holy Steel Plate Mail
Weapon: Blessed Two-Hand Sword

Talakaphis is Valihel's brother. The two were very close as children, and we still close until the encounter with Keivel. Talakaphis recieved a request from the High Court to find and destroy a great sword of terrible power. Talakaphis, thinking it a mission like any other, invited his brother and fellow Paladin; Valihel. The two charged into the demon realm and made quick work of the demons. Although Valihel was older, and his swordsmanship was unmatched, his brother always admired him. Valihel was first to reach the throne room in which Keivel was sealed, but when his eyes met the sword, he tossed away his holy blade and took the evil sword in his hands. Strange and arcane marks spread over his body, as his skin lost it's copper-ish hue, turning to steely grey. When Talakaphis saw Valihel's change and his brother holding the sword they were supposed to destroy; he nearly dropped his sword. Until Valihel turned on him. His brother attacked him without mercy, landing blow after blow onto Talakaphis. Talakaphis new he was possessed by the sword, and with tears in his eyes, he put all his strength and pain into one mightly strike which collided against the evil sword. The sword seemed to shiver against the blow, and a two foot piece of the original seven foot long blade, broke off. Valihel was supposedly released from the sword, but he nor Talakaphis were ever the same after that moment.
